Tom Fox joined Omnivore in 2017 as Chief Operations Officer, and moved into the Chief Business Officer role in 2020.
At Omnivore, he leads teams who create an optimal experience for customers and develops partnerships for the company.
Prior to joining Omnivore, he worked in executive and consultative roles with Mint, Argus Payments, SelfAware Games and AppSumo. He’s passionate about creating exceptional high-performing teams through recruiting, mentoring and developing critical skills that achieve efficiency and results for challenging projects.
Previously, Fox was Chief Technology Officer for Los Angeles-based PGMI, an entertainment and media firm, where he led business and technical operations, product strategy, and engineering.
He was Vice President of Information Technology and Development Operations for Various, Inc, a pioneering leader in AdTech, SaaS social networking, dating platform services, and live video entertainment. In this role, Fox was a key contributor to product development and strategic planning processes, and his exceptional project management skills drove on-time completion of key objectives. He spearheaded a cultural transformation by unifying efforts across product, operations and engineering, and created an organization that attracted promising talent and retained key performers.
In addition, he was an advisor for iPyxel Creations, a tracking solution to measure marketing performance for media buyers, agencies, and affiliate and direct response marketers. Clickbooth, the top worldwide affiliate network, acquired Thrive in 2017 and rebranded it as ThriveTracker. He also served as an advisor to Hexagram, a technology platform to build, manage, and optimize native advertising.
Fox studied at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz County, California. He is Oracle database certified and has earned certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), change management, and Lean IT from APMG, a global accreditation and examination institute.
