Kevin Pfab joined Omnivore as a software engineer in 2014, and became Chief Technology Officer in 2019. He’s played a key role in scaling the development team and adding to Omnivore’s products as the company has grown.
In the CTO role, he ensures the stability of Omnivore’s API and oversees the development of the company’s products.
Pfab has been working with startup companies for the past 8 years. Prior to joining Omnivore, he co-founded EmergentOne, an API-generation platform that allows any company to easily create a custom API, with Omnivore founder Mike Taczak.
Emergent One was included in startup accelerator and seed fund TechStars’ first program focused on providing mentorship and capital to companies working in a particular space in 2012. TechStars’ Cloud sub-accelerator focuses exclusively on cloud computing and infrastructure startups. Pfab and Emergent One participated in a three-month accelerator program and was one of 11 startups picked to demo in front of 350 investors.
Pfab studied computer science at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
