    Chief Customer Officer

    Brad Price joined Omnivore as the Director of Support for Menu Management System before being promoted to Chief Customer Officer in January 2021. In this role, he leads teams that create collaborative and productive relationships with Omnivore’s customers.

    Before Omnivore, he was the Vice President of Customer Experience and Services for global privacy company FairWarning. As Vice President, Price led teams that ensured successful delivery of products and services to all customers, reaching 98% customer satisfaction results and 100% integration and implementation success. He also developed strategic opportunities to increase revenue and pursued new opportunities based on customer and industry needs.

    Before FairWarning, Price was at St. Petersburg-based First Advantage, which provides background checks in more than 200 countries and territories. In his roles, he led the development, testing, and implementation cycles for new applications and tools with a focus on high quality, data analytics, and other core initiatives to bring new customers on board.

    As Compliance and Risk Management Manager, he created and led the implementation of organizational best practices, successfully reducing risk and saving more than $200K in costs. He also re-engineered a customer contracting program that eliminated over $800K in loss of annual revenue.

    Previously, he was a Lead Software Development Engineer for Microsoft. He supervised staff responsible for MSN Mobile’s product group operations, data center, and other special projects. He also worked with a team to provide mobile architecture while leveraging best practices, and this product ultimately became Microsoft Sync for Automobile. He led many successful product deployments, project implementations, and process changes within MSN Core and for MSN Hotmail, MSN Messenger, MSN Passport, and others.

    Price started his professional career performing actuarial work for FCCI Insurance Group.  In this role, Price used his actuarial training to develop loss reserving analysis to forecast loss reserves for Workers’ Compensation insurance claims.

    During his career, Price was recognized with three Microsoft “Gold Star Awards” for being a top contributor to organizational objectives and honored with the “Guardian Award” for data security contributions. He was named one of the “Movers and Shakers” for exceptional service and expertise while at FairWarning.

    He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Florida, focusing on actuarial science, risk management, and information technology.
